On-Campus Degrees: Diplomas
Diploma programs provide focused and accelerated learning in a select field. Students enroll in diploma programs to qualify for entry or advancement in their chosen professions. Unlike undergraduate or graduate degree programs, a diploma course of study does not cover multiple years of social sciences, empirical science, or liberal arts requirements, but allows students to enroll in courses directly applicable to their professional goals.
Diploma programs are also called certification programs. They typically take 9 to 18 months to complete, and cover professional competencies in healthcare, construction, computer, technical, manufacturing, public service, office, accounting, engineering, design, fashion, paralegal, law enforcement, and many other professional categories.
